Modern people and especially the busiest ones often experience a very demanding daily life. Most of the times they dream of an "escape" to nature in a calm, relaxing and refreshing environment. They are willing to choose an out-of-town stay to "regenerate" mentally and physically.

Having all the above as our vision we created a place of rebirth, within a short distance of a multicultural city like Thessaloniki to offer services of a very high standard to our guests.

Villa Olvios is in at the suburbs of Thessaloniki, Melissochori, just 18 km from the city center in a green area overlooking the forest of Melissochori. It covers an area of ​​5.2 acres with a lush garden adorning the area. The outdoor pool of 110 sq. m. with maximum depth of 3.25 meters is in the center of the whole property which is served by an independent area with 2 WC. In the pool area there are 2 umbrellas, sunbeds, and towels for our guests.

Villa Olvios consists of a fully equipped house of 420 sq.m. with ground floor, basement and 1st floor. It has 4 large bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms one of which is in the master bedroom and can be a complete secluded space for a couple.

There is a separate office space with a screen and a keyboard in case you need to work remotely and there is satellite Internet with speed up to 50 Mbps.

On the 1st floor beyond the office, there are three bedrooms and 2 WC. All rooms have access to balconies with their own furniture.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom, a double living room on 2 levels separated by a 2-sided fireplace, a dining area, 1 WC and a fully equipped kitchen that includes the following:

Toaster

Nespresso machine

Machine for French coffee

Electric squeezer for juices

2 hairdryers, towels, sheets, duvets, and blankets are also provided.

In the basement, there is an open space of 120 square meters with 1 fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen where it can be used in various ways (playground, mini corporate events etc.)

There are 2 smart TVs.

Inside the courtyard, there is a separate building of 70 sq.m. with its own fully equipped kitchen and a separate room that could be used as an auxiliary space of a service.

The BBQ is always available for fun with friends and guests by the pool area.

Villa Olvios in addition to guest accommodation could be available for events, such as. corporate events, wedding, and christening receptions.
